The precision bending of metal parts (stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, sheet metal) produced by our <strong>CNC laser cutting machine<\/strong> is carried out using <strong>numerically controlled bends<\/strong>. Depending on the characteristics of the sheet metal and the type of bending, we use different molds to perform the bending operation.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After bending, the part\u2019s shape is checked against the required dimensions, and if any discrepancies are found, adjustments are made, and the <strong>CNC press brake<\/strong> bending process is carried out within tolerance limits.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The types of metal materials that can be bent using our <strong>CNC press brake<\/strong> machine include:<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 <strong>Stainless Steel Bending<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 <strong>Cold Rolled Steel Bending<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 <strong>Sheet Metal Bending<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 <strong>Aluminum Bending<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 <strong>Galvanized Steel Bending<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 <strong>Copper Bending<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 <strong>Brass Bending<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The material types and thicknesses of the metal parts influence the bending factors. For example, <strong>bending a stainless steel part<\/strong> with the same settings used for <strong>bending an aluminum part<\/strong> is not feasible. Adjustments are made for each part based on its material type and thickness. It is important to select the appropriate molds considering the bending dimensions and form.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When parts require bending after laser cutting, we make necessary cutting adjustments while preparing the parts for cutting. For difficult bends, we apply techniques such as <strong>marking<\/strong>, <strong>bend lines<\/strong>, or <strong>bend holes<\/strong> during the laser cutting process to assist with the bending.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our company, located in <strong>Sultanbeyli, Istanbul<\/strong>, collaborates with customers to discuss the details of the manufactured or semi-manufactured parts, providing support in selecting the most suitable production type and process stages for ease of manufacturing.
