1. Akasya Residences General Overview<\/strong><\/p>

Balcony and stair railings, fire doors, steel roof and insulation, canopy, blind frames, aluminum vents, site entrance, and advertisement panel works have been completed.<\/p>

2. Site Entrance Steel Construction<\/strong><\/p>

The system is made with 80\/80<\/strong>, 40\/80<\/strong>, and 40\/20 box profiles<\/strong>.<\/p>

3. Cladding<\/strong><\/p>

10mm Betopan<\/strong> on the steel construction, with insulation on the top part and plaster and paint on other sections, with polyurethane<\/strong>.<\/p>

4. Composite Panel and Silicone Facade<\/strong><\/p>

Composite panels and glass were pre-assembled in the workshop and mounted in place.<\/p>

5. Steel Entrance Door<\/strong><\/p>

The frame is made with 60\/120 box profile<\/strong>, filled with sandwich metal sheets<\/strong> and waterproofing<\/strong>, and the frame is completed. (The entire system is statically painted.)<\/p>

6. Signage<\/strong><\/p>

Made with 4mm 304 Stainless Steel sheet metal<\/strong>.<\/p>

7. French Balcony Railing<\/strong><\/p>

The system consists of \u00d8 50 handrails<\/strong>, \u00d8 40 posts<\/strong>, \u00d8 30 horizontal pipes<\/strong>, and \u00d8 16 vertical pipes<\/strong>, assembled in panels in the workshop and mounted in place. (The entire system is anodized aluminum.)<\/p>

8. Aluminum Door<\/strong><\/p>

The frame is made with aluminum profiles and installed in place, with glass mounted.<\/p>

9. Block Entrance Canopy<\/strong><\/p>

10mm sheet metal<\/strong> laser cut, with connecting parts and glass holders welded, statically painted, mounted in place, and then the glass was installed.<\/p>

10. Stair Railing<\/strong><\/p>

\u00d8 50 handrails<\/strong> and \u00d8 40 posts<\/strong> were prepared in the workshop and mounted in place. (The entire system is shiny anodized aluminum.)<\/p>

11. French Balcony Railing<\/strong><\/p>

A pipe with a glass slot was mounted on an anchor element under the floor, with another glass-slot handrail mounted on the wall. The space between them is filled with green glass, and the entire system is aluminum.<\/p>

12. Pool Exit Closure<\/strong><\/p>

Made with 40\/40 box profile<\/strong>, 2mm sheet metal<\/strong>, and polycarbonate<\/strong>.<\/p>

13. Stair Railing<\/strong><\/p>

The frame is made of 30\/50 box profile<\/strong>, filled with \u00d8 27 horizontal bars<\/strong> and painted with static paint, mounted in place with bolts.<\/p>

14. Site Advertisement Panel<\/strong><\/p>

The frame is made of 60\/120 box profile<\/strong>, covered with 30\/70 box profile<\/strong>, and cladded with sheet metal, featuring embossed text. (The entire system is statically painted.)<\/p>
