The precision bending of metal parts (stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, sheet metal) produced by our CNC laser cutting machine is carried out using numerically controlled bends. Depending on the characteristics of the sheet metal and the type of bending, we use different molds to perform the bending operation.
After bending, the part’s shape is checked against the required dimensions, and if any discrepancies are found, adjustments are made, and the CNC press brake bending process is carried out within tolerance limits.

It is important to select the appropriate molds considering the bending dimensions and form.
When parts require bending after laser cutting, we make necessary cutting adjustments while preparing the parts for cutting. For difficult bends, we apply techniques such as marking, bend lines, or bend holes during the laser cutting process to assist with the bending.
